HOW WILL I KNOW WHERE TO GO ONCE I ARRIVE?

 

Concerned that you may not know where to go when you arrive?  Don't worry.  Our greeters will meet you at the door and help guide you to a small group that fits your age group, family size, and general spiritual needs.  Not ready for a small group yet?  That's OK too.  Feel free to join us for worship service until you're ready to explore the other ministry opportunities available.

 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

 

Attire is at your discretion.  Our services are very informal, and individuals regularly attend ranging in attire from blue jeans and t-shirts to sports coats or dresses.

 

DO YOU HAVE MINISTRIES FOR MY CHILDREN?

 

Absolutely.  During the Sunday School hour, children from nursery through young adults (high school or college and careers) have the opportunity to learn more about Jesus grouped by ages to ensure the message meets the unique needs of each stage of life.

 

Nursery (infant to 18 months) and toddler (18 months to 4 years) care is also offered during Morning Worship Service.  TeamKID is available for children ages 5 years to 4th grade during Morning Worship Service with the exception of the third Sunday.  We want to give these kids the opportunity to attend services with their parents routinely and begin to utilize the Bible skills learned in TeamKID.

 

WHAT IS THE MUSIC LIKE?

 

Music ranges from traditional hymns sang by the congregation to more contemporary songs sang by individuals (sometimes joined by everyone).  We do not have loud bands, smoke machines or special lighting.  You can expect simple accompaniment by piano and guitar... and the occasional harmonica.

 

WHAT IS THE PASTOR'S SERMON LIKE?

 

Our pastor is an impassioned speaker who brings a message directly from God.  If you're searching for a message that keeps you within your comfort zone and tells you what you want to hear, this may not be the church for you.  Rather, pastor's sermons will lead you to reflect on your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and help you draw closer to Him through discipleship.

 

WHAT EXPECTATIONS DO YOU HAVE FOR MONETARY DONATIONS?

 

While we do believe in Biblical tithing, we hold no expectations for monetary donations from anyone.  God loves a cheerful giver, and the choice to donate or not resides between you and Him.
